I'm going to get rid of the Promotion Team title and stick everyone under Site Staff. :3 However, site staff duties will be distributed. You can sign up to become site stuff by signing up for one of the open positions. If you sign up, please be dedicated enough to fulfill your duties. You can sign up for as many positions as you want, as long as you can do your tasks.

Benefits: Shiny "Site Staff" title under your name, access to the secret site staff forum, minor forum moderation powers, and a warm fuzzy feeling in your heart knowing that you're helping. :}~ I'll probably also add a "Staff" page back into the site at some point, so you'd have a profile there.

- I'll install a top links program again where the manager can log in and administrate it.

Site Promoter (Priority: Medium | Commitment: High)
- Rule: Don't spam and don't be annoying in your promotion efforts.
- Promote the site and forums (there are forums especially for site/forum promotion)
- Regularly plug the site in Plugboards
- Submit the site to directories
- Submit and review the site at social programs like Stumbleupon
- Comment in tagboards, etc.
- Find other ways to get the site out there
- Needs: 1-2 people

Button Rotation Manager (Priority: Low | Commitment: Medium)
- I'm going to bring back a button rotation, this time with an installed program where the admin can log in and do things.
- Duties: Approve new members, try to get people to join, add and solicit affiliates
- Needs: 1 person

Content Contributor (Priority: Low | Commitment: Your call)
- You can sign up to regularly contribute icons, tutorials, quizzes, layouts, or any other content. You can also scope out new and innovative ideas and categories for content.
- Needs: Whoever is interested.

Pixel Collector (Priority: Low | Commitment: Your call)
- Duties: Collect freeware pixels in certain categories of your own choice as well as add more pixels to existing categories.
- Expand Neskaya's pixel collections. You can start your own categories as long as you're thorough. I will provide you with some really good resources to start on, but don't exclusively use just those one or two sites, because we don't want to just end up as another carbon copy.
- Needs: maybe one more person.

Also site staff are the only members who can have the super special orange title. Award bunny does not count!

Edit: Also I'll contribute content for the site, mainly quizzes because I like making them, but I might throw in icons once in a while.

None, we look just at how active and how much a person contributes.

I would absolutely love to be a Button Rotation Manager. I personally believe that I have a naturally responsible personality, and would therefore take responisibility for the member's behaviour throughout this site, along with the quality of the affiliates. I would take this job incredibly seriously, and would of course be 100% commited. Daily visits to this website are just a part of the contributions I would make, which brings me to my application - Content Contributor.

Not only do I absolutely LOVE making quizzes, but I also have access to HQ pixels, whcih my friends often give for free. I will, of course, only give content that I have premission to give, and that is entirely appropriate for the varying age groups that visit this site. I know I would do a good job as a staff member, and hope you see that too.

Oh, and one more thing - Although I haven't posted much on forums etc, I come on Neskaya very often, doing quizzes and checking out the graphics! I use a lot of you're graphics/layouts on my personal website, so I therefore do a fair bit of advertising for you, as I credit you on every individual thing of your's that I do, right down to putting links to your site on multiple pages of mine. The site is currently under re-construction, so I don't want to post the url, but if you send me a message, I will happily send it to a staff member.

I also know many graphics and pixel sites

It depends a lot on which cities you are looking at. In Cuenca, Ecuador, September is a good time to turn up. In Quito probably then and in January, but there are more schools and you could get hired at anytime. Forget about Guayaquil entirely.

I have a TEFL cert. and a B.A. but no teaching experience. I would like to find an ESL job in Ecuador or Colombia and have pretty much decided to plunge in without a job and knock on doors to find work. Does anyone know when language schools hire teachers in Ecuador and/or Colombia?
